RP-T Dependant
One of the benefits of holding an RP-T in Malaysia is that your family members can apply for RP-T Dependant Pass (DP) , allowing them to live, work, and study in Malaysia as long as your RP-T remains valid.
As a Principal of RP-T holder, you can include your child above 18 years old until reaching the age of 25 years old, and parents / in laws to stay in Malaysia for a period of 12 months renewable up to 5 years.

Note : If applicants are currently outside Malaysia, please ensure that you download the VDR letter (for countries that require a visa to enter Malaysia), which has been issued in the RP-T system after approval. This letter is required to apply for a Single-Entry Visa from the respective Malaysian embassy or consulate before entering Malaysia.
Please be reminded that entry on a tourist visa is not permitted to be converted into a long-term pass in Malaysia.
