RP-T Pass Issuance
Upon receiving the pass approval and Immigration fees payment have been paid , you may proceed to initiate the pass issuance process via the RP-T system. You will be able to proceed with the application once your immigration fees payment has been updated in the system. If you have made the payment however the application still did not appear in the system within one (1) working day , you may reach out to us by contacting our call team at : 03-7839 7171 , email helpdesk at : RPTcare@myxpats.com.my.
There are two option of endorsement method depending on your application status and your current location :
This option allows you to generate your ePASS directly through the RP-T (Residence Pass-Talent) online system. It is a convenient method for RP-T holder to download their pass in the RP-T system. Applicable for both new and renewal RP-T applications.
This option is only available for new RP-T applications. Applicants can choose to collect their ePASS in person at the Expatriate Satellite Centre (ESC) located at either KLIA Terminal 1 or Terminal 2. Ideal for new RP-T holders arriving in Malaysia who prefer to obtain their pass upon entry.
