We are pleased to announce that the issuance of the i-KAD will be reinstated effective 24 October 2023.

The i-KAD will be available for holders of the following passes:

1. Employment Pass (EP) Category I, II and III
2. Residence Pass-Talent (RP-T)
3. Dependents of the RP-T

Please be informed that endorsement payments made on 24 October 2023 onwards are eligible for the i-KAD.
