In celebration of the Hari Raya Aidilfitri festivities, please be informed that the MYXpats Centre (Surian Tower and Penang) will be closed from 31 March to 1 April 2025. During this period, all counter services, telephone lines, and email support will be unavailable.

Please take note of the following cut-off dates for payments and submissions:

Payment Cut-Off Dates for ePASS Endorsement

• Payments and submissions made before 12:00 PM on Wednesday, 26 March 2025 – Processed before the closure.
• Payments and submissions made after 12:00 PM on Wednesday, 26 March 2025 – Processed after operations resume.

Please note:

• For payments and submission made after the cut-off date, ePASS issuance will commence from Wednesday, 2 April 2025, or once operations resume followed by the i-KAD issuance thereafter.

During this period, talents will still have access to the system and may submit applications online. Applications submitted via the RP-T system after 4:00 PM on Friday, 28 March 2025, will be processed on the next working day, Wednesday, 2 April 2025.
