“I found out about the RP-T by coincidence about ten or so years ago, when I was involved in a collaboration with TalentCorp to develop young engineers in Penang. Once I learned about the pass and the certainty it offers, it was an easy decision to make.Talent is key to UST’s business strategy and over the years, we have established several Centers of Excellence (COE) in the country which were set up by global leaders of UST who the RP-T helped to facilitate.
